Athletes Enhancement is located in Midlothian, TX. The owner Ryan is a wonderful trainer and is always improving on what he already knows. He works with athletes from every sport and weekend warriors. If you are in the Midlothian area I highly recommend him.
Castel Lacy and the staff of LPI baseball are some one the most knowledgeable baseball instructors that I know. They have taken athletes from the high school, collegiate, and professional level and improved their game to unimaginable levels. The players of this facility constantly out perform any baseball facility in the DFW area. If Baseball is your passion, these are your guys.
